What is the difference between a pack and a single activity?
A pack links several activities on a reserved time slot, with equipment provided and a single price. Several packs cost less than the same activities booked separately, and others include a guide or an activity host. With a paddle in the programme, our “Double Chance” guarantee swaps the paddle for another activity if the wind rules it out. For a single activity, you choose one activity and its duration.
Is the equipment provided?
Yes. Each pack lists the equipment provided: life jacket, helmet, paddle, board, mountain bike or scooter depending on the programme.
What is the minimum age for each pack?
Cap Famille: from age 6 (able to swim for the water part). Cap Lac et Sentiers: from age 8, able to swim 25 m; adult bike from 1.50 m, child bike from 1.20 m. Cap Rentrée: from age 14 (scooter). Cap Adrénaline: from age 16 (axe throwing). Cap Anniversaire: children aged 8 to 12, with an adult on the board.
How many people per pack?
Cap Famille is booked for 3 to 5 people, Cap Adrénaline for 3 to 6, Cap Rentrée for 4 to 6 and Cap Sunset from 4. For a larger group, see our group formulas (from 8 people) or request a quote.
What if the weather is bad?
Rain alone is not a reason to cancel: an activity that goes ahead in the rain is neither postponed nor refunded. If conditions become dangerous (storm, wind above the activity's limits, flooding), we cancel or stop the activity and offer a postponement or a refund, whatever the activity. The limits for each activity are on the lake weather page.
How does Cap Mix work?
Cap Mix is a pack you build yourself: 2 activities of your choice with 10% off, 3 activities with 15% off. It is booked online at least 24 hours ahead, and axe throwing is not included.
How does the Carte Cap work?
The Carte Cap is a prepaid value card: you choose an amount, for example €30, €60 or €100, to spend on all our activities and packs, to give an outing or to come back to the lake. The balance, the validity period and the exact conditions are shown at purchase.
Can a group or company book a pack?
Yes: from 8 people, request a quote or see our group formulas. We reply within 48 hours.
Are you 8 or more, or does your idea not fit a pack?
From 8 people (stag and hen parties, companies, associations, schools), our group formulas have a price shown per person, and we also put together tailor-made days: request a quote.
