Frequently Asked Questions about the e-SUP

How fast does the electric paddle board go?

Our e-SUP reaches approximately 4 to 5 km/h (about the pace of a brisk walk) — smooth and comfortable without any effort.

Is it hard to control?

Not at all. Speed is managed by a wrist-mounted remote control. The board is wide and very stable — most riders are comfortable within minutes.

Can I try it if I’ve never paddleboarded before?

Absolutely! It’s actually easier than a standard paddle board, because the motor gives you speed from the start, which naturally improves your balance — just like riding a bike.

What happens if I fall in the water?

The motor cuts off automatically as soon as your weight leaves the board — a built-in safety feature that prevents the board from drifting away.

What weather conditions are best?

The e-SUP is best enjoyed in calm, sunny conditions. Always check the lake weather forecast before heading out.

Can two people ride the same board?

Yes, as long as the combined weight doesn’t exceed 180 kg (397 lbs). The ideal setup is one adult + one young child, or two lighter adults.

Do you offer group or corporate packages?

Yes! Tailored packages are available for team-building events, seminars, and group outings. Contact us for a quote.
